It all started in the year 1950 when Sh. Narinder Nath Dhawan founded MAX brand of stationery products. He was the first person in India to start manufacturing of Paper Punches and Staplers. It was the hard work & efforts of Sh. Narinder Nath Dhawan that very soon MAX brand became one of the renowned Brand in Paper Punches & Staplers.

In 1972 son of Sh. Narinder Nath Dhawan, Mr. Rajiv Dhawan joined the business. Experience of Sh. Narinder Nath Dhawan and vision of Mr. Rajiv Dhawan expended the business to a great extent. In addidion to Paper Punches and Staplers, many more products like Paper Clips, Board Clips, Filing Clips were launched under MAX brand. Later in 1998, Mr. Sanjeev Dhawan son of Mr. Rajiv Dhawan joined the family business.
